Did you know that in Portuguese, passion fruit is 'maracujá,' and in Brazil they make maracujá caipirinhas, and just about everything else with passion fruit. The fruit is yellow, a little bigger than a tennis ball, and it's not ripe until the outside looks like its rotting. When you cut into it, it has crunchy seeds floating in tangy, sour jelly, and you have to just suck it out. It's delicious, though.
