or should it be Flight Late Nights? Sam and I, along with some friends, took salsa lessons in Asheville at the Chamber of Commerce, for goodness sake! It was fun and quite a work out. We enjoyed it so much we’d like to bring it to Flight. An hour dance class followed by dinner at Flight and then move a few tables and dance! And drink martinis. Or beer.

Saw some video of the Asheville Chamber Salsa extravaganza!
Your idea sounds interesting. Dinner and dancing is just not done enough these days. And, to have the lessons included would be great, even if you just need to brush up. Not sure about Salsa, though.

Ok I would. No other restaurant in town offers salsa lessons on top of good food, wine, and music.
