It used to be surprising to find people in California have heard of Flight, but now people in Brazil have heard of the restaurant. That's something to boast about for sure. It's amazing how one dinner with a friend of a friend can familiarize you with, and put you in touch with, an entire city. I'm almost done conquering this place, I'll have it under my thumb by the time you come visit. It’s funny how small the world is, no?
