Silent Night

1 oz Tequila
1 oz Blue Curacao
1 oz Triple Sec
Pineapple Juice
Squirt of Lime

Sleigh Crash Martini

1 oz Gin
1 oz Raspberry sour puss Liqueur
Cranberry Juice
Wet rim of glass and dip in white sugar.
Add 3 cranberries in the bottom of martini glass.
Serve Immediately.

Snowshoe

1 ½ oz bourbon 100 proof Wild Turkey
1 ½ oz peppermint schnapps
cracked or crushed ice
glass – old fashioned
garnish: mint spri with dusting of fine bar sugar
pour ingredients into ice-filled glass, stir and garnish

Winter Mojito

8-10 mint leaves
6-8 cranberries
2 oz aged Rum
¼ oz ginger liqueur (Domaine de canton) ¼ oz fresh lime juice
¼ oz cane syrup or maple syrup
ice
glass – highball
garnish – mint sprig dabbed with water and dipped in fine bar sugar

In a mixing glass, muddle the mint and cranberries, add remaining ingredients, shake and strain over fresh ice into glass and garnish.
