Menu Updates - More small plates, as requested

Chef Rob Keener and Sam Neill, Flight’s charismatic owner, haved bowed to the request of several ladies and added more small plates to the menu. My favorite is the BBQ ribs plate, about 4 to a serving, that complement a salad and make for a satisfying dinner for a smaller appetite. If you’ve never tried one of Rob’s soups, you must. They’ve been selling well even during the hot summer months because they are so tasty. Check out Rob’s website hungryhippo.com and you can (almost) watch him create soups and amuses.
