Every Wednesday evening from 5 pm to 6:30 pm, Flight offers a wine tasting event in the Vault Room. If you’re dining with us that evening, it’s complimentary. If not, $10 per person. Executive Chef Rich Irish uses the wine tastings as an opportunity to taste test new dishes, too.
